Ask remithome: Website Navigation (Part 2)
Question: Now that I have activated my remithome Membership Account, how do I login and use your website to send money to the Philippines?
Answer: To login to the remithome website, click the MEMBER LOG-IN link visible on the top right-hand side of most pages on the remithome website, or click the MY REMITHOME tab. On the Member Login page, enter your email address and password, and then click the red LOG-IN button.
My remithome – Account Management Center
The My remithome – Account Management Center is the first page you see after you login.
This page has everything you need to manage your remithome account:
Transaction Management
- Scheduled Transfers – This section shows the dates of your next scheduled transfers, whether they are scheduled for today, next month, or next year. To cancel a scheduled transfer, click the Cancel button.
- Recurring Instructions – If you have set up any recurring instructions (e.g., to send $400 to your family on the 15th of each month), you can see the status of the instruction here (Active, Expired, Cancelled). To cancel a recurring instruction, click the Cancel button.

- Transaction History – This section shows the status of your processed transactions (In Process, Delivery or Deposit in Process, Complete).

Top Navigation Buttons
When you login to your remithome account, you will find the following navigation buttons at the top of every page:
- My remithome – Click this button from any page to return to the My remithome – Account Management Center.
- Send Money – Click this button when you are ready to schedule a money transfer. Please note that before you can schedule a transfer, you need to add a recipient (see My Recipients below) and link a bank account or credit card to fund the transfer (see My Accounts below).
- My Recipients – Click this button to add, update, or delete a recipient.
- My Accounts – Click this button to link or delete a bank account or a credit/debit card.
- My Rewards – Click this button to refer a friend to remithome and manage your referral rewards. When you earn referral rewards, you can allocate them to Fee Rewards (to pay for remithome transfers), phone cards, or gift cards.
Quick Links
On the right-hand side of the My remithome – Account Management Center, you will find a Quick Links menu, which provides links for some of the most common actions (e.g., Link Bank Account, Add Recipient, Send Money). Here is a description of three of the Quick Links:
- My Profile – Use this link to change your password or contact information.
- Refer A Friend – This link allows you to quickly send an email to refer a friend to remithome.
- Customer Support – This link provides a form to send a message to remithome’s Customer Service.
