Delivery Guarantee
We guarantee delivery of all money transferred through remithome. This applies to
*If our partner banks are ever unable to deliver the money sent, we will refund the entire amount sent plus the remithome fee. Of course this guarantee only applies if you have provided the correct recipient information (name, address, phone number, and bank account information, if applicable). And the remithome fee may not be refunded if our partner banks make a good faith attempt at delivery but are unable to deliver for reasons outside of our control (for example, your recipient refuses delivery, is unavailable after multiple delivery attempts, does not attempt to pick up money held for cash pick-up, or is unable to provide acceptable identification for cash pick-up or door-to-door receipt of cash funds).
